Rebecca O'Brien currently works as a freelance artist in Providence, RI. She graduated in 2006 from Montserrat College of Art with a BFA in Illustration. Since then she has been pursuing freelance in the form of Design, Illustration, and most recently hand painting toys for Hasbro Toy Co.

Her style has a strong emphasis on character design with patterned backgrounds and strong color. Form and stylization are always evident and help playfully lead the viewers eye throughout the piece. Although Rebecca loves experimenting with many mediums, her favorite and most successful are Adobe Illustrator and cut-paper collage.
